How do I get to the apartment?
To get to the apartment you have to drive up the 10km long toll road. Snow chains are mandatory in winter. If you don’t have a four-wheel drive (4x), you have to get snow chains; this is possible at the local IQ gas station www.tankstelle-schmeissl.sta.io in Hinterstoder.
Is there a wellness area?
There is no wellness area.
Is there a fitness room?
There is no fitness area.
Is there a possibility of massage?
In the new Hotel Triforet it is possible to book a massage for a fee: https://triforet.at/en/alpin-spa/massages-treatments. Distance to the hotel approx. 500m.
Is there a possibility to go on dinner at the middle station?
It is possible to reserve a table in the Triforet’s “Hutterer” restaurant as an external guest to have dinner there or take away.
Can you order breakfast?
Breakfast cannot be booked. However, the restaurants at the middle station have the option of offering breakfast there for a fee.
Can you upgrade on halfbord?
It is not possible to book breakfast or half board.
Are kids for free?
Kids until 3 years are for free.
Does a baby-bed exist?
No, baby-bed doesn´t exist.
Will the room be cleaned during the stay?
The accommodation will not be cleaned during the stay, but vacuum cleaner is available.
Is there a spare key?
Two sets of keys will be issued upon check-in.
Where do you get the key from the apartment?
Depending on the arrival time either in the valley or at the middle station in one of our ski school office. Whatsapp communication would be the best.
Where is the next doctor/pharmacy?
The nearest doctor/pharmacy is in Hinterstoder www.dr-grassner.at.
Do you need snow chains/4x4 wd?
Snow chains are required on the toll road in winter. 4WD/4×4 cars can also drive without chains, but at your own risk.
Can you check in earlier/later?
Normally not, only on request and if there is possibility.

Normally not, only on request.
Is the toll road which leads to accommodation free of charge?
The toll road has to be paid extra; the prices depends on which part of the day you are driving. It also depends if person is sitting or you need to pay trough automat. You can drive on the toll road 24 hours a day.
Where can you buy food?
Groceries can be bought in one of the two shops in town Hinterstoder, either Adeg Pachleitner www.adeg.at or Spar Huber www.spar.at.
Are there radiators in the apartment?
There are no radiators in the apartment, only floor heating. There is also a separate drying room for ski boots.
Are there toys for kids in the apartment?
No, in the apartament don’t exist toys for children.
Is there a deep freyer/grill station?
There is neither a grill nor a deep fryer in the apartment, but there is a fondue set.
Is there a fondue set?
Yes, there is a founde set for 6 people. Oil & food must be provided by yourself.
Is there a safe?
There is no safe in the apartament.
Can i pay the apartment by card?
Payment is only possible in cash, by card is not possible.
Is there a pool/jacuzzi/whirlpool?
There is no pool/jacuzzi in the accommodation.
Is the accommodation accessible for disabled people?
Although the accommodation is on the ground floor, it is not accessible for disabled people in winter.
