We look forward to welcoming you here in Hinterstoder, a small town that is constantly grownig and modernizing and is on an upward tourist trend. Our apartment is located in the middle of the Hinterstoder ski area, also known as “Hutterer Böden, Höss”. The apartment is fully equipped and it is located in the LNZ building (State Youth Center), a sports facility that was built for athletes. Almost all lifts and restaurants are within 350m. So you are “in the middle of it instead of just there!”

There are a few restaurants at the middle station, as well as a sports shop with ski rentals and the most necessary winter items. The circular trail for cross-country skiing, both classic and skating, starts directly in front of the building. The ski area extends from the valley at 591m above sea level up to 2000m above sea level, where is a view point with a fantastic panoramic view. The kids area, which is the largest in Upper Austria, offers a variety of conveyor belts and rope lifts. A children’s carousel in the middle of the kids park delights every child’s heart.

Stunning natural surroundings
The Großer Priel (also called Hoher Priel, Größenberg) is 2515m above sea level and it is the highest mountain of the „Totes Gebirge“ ( „Dead Mountains“ chain) in the Traunviertel in Upper Austria. It is one of the 25 most prominent mountains in the Alps. It forms the northeastern cornerstone of the large karst plateau of the „Totes Gebirge“ and slopes away on all sides in steep walls made of Dachstein limestone. Due to its advanced location on the northern edge of the Alps, the Großer Priel occupies a dominant position over the foothills of the Alps.
